In Post Rehab & Mobility Specialist Lynn Ong’s presentation “Core & Strengthening Workout: Are you doing it correctly?”, she will elaborate and demonstrate how to execute various off-ice conditioning exercises correctly on The Gravity Training System, as well Rotational Bodyweight Training.
